The KGB Special Section Eight's Communist Party '07

In honor of the 90th Anniversary of the October Revolution (10/24/07) and as an excuse for good, wholesome socialist fun, KGB Special Section Eight, Virtue's Premiere Group for Heroic Communism is holding a party! A Communist Party!

We hereby invite all of our socialist comrades and capitalist lapdogs alike to come show the spirit of solidarity and join in the fun and celebration!

From 9pm until 1am Paragon Time (EDT) on Wednesday, October 24th, the normally dreary den of the capitalist tool, DJ Zero, shall be transformed into a grand monument to revolutionary recreation, as The People congregate to rock Pocket D!

Dance music appropriate to the atmostphere of communal celebration shall be provided by the well-known and beloved mouthpiece
of the imperialist media, The Cape!

Recognizing that it is not truly a superparty for superheroes unless there is also some sort of contest, the agents and officers of Special Section Eight have passed the hat amongst themselves to create prizes for not just a single contest, but THREE! The efficiency of the collective at work for you! Prizes shall be many and varied, including Costume Recipes, Invention Enhancements, and a great deal of Influence, which we are certain all good heroes shall immediately distribute amongst The People!

Scheduled Contests:

	Scavenger Race: 10pm Hosted by the Special Section Eight's own Olympian and super-spy, Soviet Shadow, this race around Paragon City shall test not only your speed, but also your wits, as you must choose your own route and return not with materialistic items, but with gathered intelligence!
	Themed Costume Contest: Midnight A hand-picked panel of guest judges shall award prizes in several categories, all for outstanding costumes for our theme "Come as Your Communist Alternate-Universe Self!" Red, of course, is always good, but originality and imagination are the keys to success!
	Trotskyite Trivia: All Night Throughout the evening, Virtue's own supreme Soviet, our beloved leader Comrade Smersh shall be offering up trivia questions with a distinctly socialist twist, and we suspect he shall have prizes to go along with it.

With such fun, excitement and revelry in the grand revolutionary tradition, how could you not come? We have more than our share of Soviet veterans, and Russians, we know how to throw a party, da?
